The Westside Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 30 is located west of the City’s Central Business District. The term of the zone is anticipated to terminate through fiscal year 2032. Its location is near a vibrant, tourist-rich area and its many cultural assets will aid in its further development. The zone serves the San Antonio Independent School District. The Westside TIRZ No. 30 Board is a City-initiated TIRZ comprising seven voting members with City appointments each serving two-year terms. The Board has representation from Council Districts 1 and 5 (seven City appointments). A quorum of four voting members is required to conduct business on the Board’s agenda.

Meetings are scheduled when necessary. For this TIRZ, up to six meetings per year may occur. The meetings are usually held in the 10th Floor Conference Room of the City Tower Building.
