Educational Opportunities Committee shall recommend approaches the City may consider to help achieve better educational outcomes, with particular emphasis on geographic parts of the City experiencing persistently lower educational attainment (e.g. lower PreK enrollment, lower high school graduation completion). Approaches shall incorporate consideration of indirect factors (e.g. more affordable housing, better access to affordable health care).
